About Our Order Fulfillment Process
Please note: We have (termporarily?) suspended our use of Fulfillment By Amazon for all BUNDLE orders. While we are generally pleased with the service provided by Amazon, we can no longer justify having a single order shipped from 2, 3 or even 4 locations. It was confusing to customers, difficult to provide tracking data, slower and more expensive than shipping an entire order from a single location.
Canadian Customers: Canadian orders are no longer sent by Amazon. We have no problems with their service, but UPS was charging outlandish brokerage fees to customers in Canada. We now ship Canadian orders ourselves via USPS, which has an arrangement with the Canadian mail, so there are no brokerage fees. It's also much cheaper (and pretty darned fast), so we've lowered Canada shipping charges.

We also do not transmit the price that you pay for the items ordered, so if you are giving our discs as a gift, the packing slip will not reveal the price you paid. We attach your order number to your email address so that we can automatically email a tracking update when we receive it from Amazon.com. The information is not used in any way by Amazon.com.

Standard Shipping, which either ships by USPS, SmartPost (a hybrid of USPS and UPS), UPS or some local carriers, such as OnTrac (depending on your location)
2nd Day Shipping, which ships out by USPS, Fedex, OnTrac and other local carriers
Next Day Shipping, which also ships out by USPS or Fedex and other local carriers.
If a Post Office Box is provided, the only available option is Standard Shipping via USPS or SmartPost. We will refund the difference in shipping costs, but it might take a few days for us to receive the shipping report.
